ON LINE BOOKING The new electronic booking system to make appointments for all services at the Legalisation, Passport, Notary and Visa sections is already operating. From 1st February 2012 only customers with on line bookings will be seen. Before making your booking, please check on our website if you have all documents required for your specific service. Incomplete applications will not be processed. The consular fees can be paid at the Consulate with debit card or with a Postal Order which can be acquired at any Post Office.When making your appointment, please read carefully all the instructions. You are going to receive a confirmation via email that you must print and bring with you when coming to the Consulate. Cancellations can be made four (4) days before your scheduled date, when you are going to receive an email with an appointment reminder or, at any time, using the option CANCEL on the appointment system. The Consulate DOES NOT give information on visa related matters for Brazilian nationals in the UK. The competent authority in this matter is the Home Office (0870 606 7766 - www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk). In case of emergency (death, prison, arrest, accident), please send your e-mail to assistence@consbraslondres.com, or dial (020) 7659 1558/9 during our opening hours or 07958 404012 outside office hours. However, no consular matters (visa, passport, legalization, civil registry, power of attorney), will be dealt with on these lines, even if you consider it to be urgent.
