The Consulate DOES NOT give information on visa related matters for Brazilian nationals in the UK. The competent authority in this matter is the Home Office (0870 606 7766 %u2013 www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk).

In case of emergency (death, prison, arrest, accident), please send your e-mail to assistence@consbraslondres.com, or dial (020) 7659 1558/9 during our opening hours or 07958 404012 outside office hours. However, no consular matters (visa, passport, legalization, civil registry, power of attorney), will be dealt with on these lines, even if you consider it to be urgent.
